Medical / Vision Insurance Plan: DCSI provides insurance through Midwest Securities Insurance Companies PPOM/ Vision.
Life Insurance Plan: DCSI offers short-term disability as well as $15,000 worth of life insurance to all full-time employees. All costs are paid by DCSI. Additional life insurance can be purchased at additional cost.
401 k Plan: DCSI's 401 k plans includes:
Match of 100% for the first 3% invested (after 90 days of start date)
Match of 50% for the fourth and fifth invested (after 90 days of start date)
Funds available through Merrill Lynch.
Vacation: DCSI offers a paid vacation of one week after 1040 straight time hours have been accumulated or two weeks after 2000 straight time hours of employment at DCSI. Upon the completion of four years of consecutive employment, employees are eligible for three weeks (120 hours) of paid vacation. Vacations may be accrued until the next year.
Sick/Personal Days: Employees are eligible for three days per year.
Holidays: DCSI observes seven holidays, which will be paid to all regular full-time employees. To be eligible for holiday pay, one must be employed with DCSI for at least 30 days. All employees must work their scheduled eight hour day before and after the holiday in order to receive their straight time pay for the holiday. Holiday pay will apply to the following holidays.

Employees who are at other client sites will observe the holidays taken by their client up to a maximum of eight days per year.
